Do you only use original replacement parts?
When we have to replace parts, we will use the best option for the customer's situation. We may use the OEM part or we can choose a trusted third party manufacturer, which sometimes means the customer can save money.
How long will it take you to repair my items?
In most cases, the turn around for repairs is 24 - 48 hours. However, if part replacement is required, there will be delays due to availability and/or shipping. We will communicate any delays with the customer as we get this information.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Perrone Technologies accepts cash, credit card, debit card, PayPal, CashApp, and for some cases we can even barter goods for services. Square is our payment processor.
